Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Opened supplements cannot be returned due to health and safety standards.

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

9.3 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

9.4 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Contact us within 7 days with a photo of the issue.

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund—your choice.

9.5 Refunds

After inspection of returned goods, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
